Description

A cheerful, colourful build reminiscent of a vodka sunrise crossed with a sea breeze. Vodka, orange, cranberry and a touch of grenadine make buoyant layers. Sunrise-style drinks gained fame in 1970s California.

80 ml Orange juice
60 ml Cranberry Juice
10 ml Grenadine

Instructions

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour vodka, orange juice and cranberry juice in layers to create colour separation. Slowly drizzle grenadine for a sunrise effect. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella or candy “balloons” on a skewer.
