Under the Sea

Description

A breezy, ocean-blue refresher inspired by Ariel’s world beneath the waves. Coconut rum and blue curaçao flow into cloudy lemonade, brightened with lime and lengthened with soda. It nods to 1980s beach cocktails that used curaçao for sea-blue hues.

• Soda Water to top
• 10 ml Beer Syrup
• 10 ml lime juice
• Soda Water to top
• 1 piece Lime Wheel

2. Shake the base: Add the spirit, citrus, and flavouring ingredients to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake: Shake briefly until chilled.
4. Serve: Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
