Strawberries and Cream Negroni

Description

Strawberries and Cream Negroni is still recognisably a Negroni: gin, Campari and vermouth remain the dominant structure. Strawberry liqueur pushes the bitter orange toward ripe red fruit, while a very small measure of white chocolate liqueur creates the creamy vanilla impression promised by the name.

The drink is intentionally not milky. Keeping the cream note aromatic rather than literal preserves the clean, stirred texture and lets the bitter finish stay intact.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Campari
  • 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10 ml Strawberry Liqueur
  • 5 ml White chocolate liqueur
  • 1 piece Strawberry (for garnish)

  • Ice
