Ingredients

30 ml Absinthe
30 ml Sour Apple Schnapps
20 ml lime juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
1 piece Lime Wheel

Equipment needed

Cocktail Shaker Fine Mesh Strainer

Instructions

Add the absinthe, apple schnapps, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake firmly for around 12 seconds to combine.
Fine strain into a chilled crystal coupe glass.
Garnish with a fresh lime wheel on the rim.
Serve immediately to showcase its vibrant green glow.
