The Mai Tai Swizzle is a variation of the classic Mai Tai, incorporating a swizzle technique for added chill. Originating in tiki culture, this cocktail blends aged rum, lime, orgeat, and falernum, giving it a rich yet balanced profile.

Perfect for summer, the Mai Tai Swizzle is a favorite at beachside bars and tropical resorts.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Aged Rum
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml Orgeat Syrup
  • 10 ml Falernum

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Use a swizzle stick to mix thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
