Limoncello Mojito

Description

The Limoncello Mojito takes the mint-lime snap of a Mojito and adds a sunny Italian lemon note. White rum keeps the tropical base, limoncello rounds the citrus, mint brings freshness and soda gives the drink its familiar lift.

It is a great variation when you want something recognisably Mojito-like but softer and more lemon-forward. The drink should be cold, fragrant and lively, with mint on the nose and lemon-lime brightness all the way through.

  • 60 ml Soda Water
