Description

Limoncello Mojito adds lemon liqueur brightness to the familiar mint, rum, and lime structure.

Ingredients

25 ml Limoncello
30 ml White rum
8 mint leafs
20 ml lime juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
60 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Build: Add mint, lime juice, syrup, limoncello, and rum to a tall glass with ice.

Top: Add soda water and stir gently.

Serve: Finish neatly and serve.
