Description

The Kahlua Cold Brew Highball is a coffee cocktail built for refreshment rather than richness. Vodka gives it structure, coffee liqueur brings sweetness, cold brew keeps the coffee flavour deep and soda water lengthens everything into a lighter long drink.

It is ideal when an Espresso Martini feels too strong or too creamy. This is colder, leaner and easier to sip, with enough fizz to make the coffee feel clean rather than heavy.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Vodka
  • 25 ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 60 ml Cold Brew Coffee
  • 60 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Build: Add vodka, coffee liqueur, and cold brew to a highball glass with ice.

Top: Add soda water and stir gently.

Serve: Finish neatly and serve.
