Description

A graceful, blushing cocktail kissed with roses. Gin, rose syrup and lemon are crowned with champagne. Floral gin sours echo early 1900s recipes; the bubbly top adds ballroom elegance.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Rose Syrup
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Champagne to top

Instructions

  1. Shake gin, rose syrup and lemon juice with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Top gently with champagne to add sparkle. Garnish with an edible rose petal for an enchanted look.
