Division Bell

Description

Mezcal, Aperol and maraschino meet fresh lime in a compact sour with smoky, bittersweet and cherry notes. Shake and strain for a cold, well-mixed finish.

30 ml Mezcal
22.5 ml Aperol
15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
22.5 ml lime juice

Instructions

Prepare the serving glass. Use fresh ice for a rocks, highball or wine-glass serve; chill stemware for a drink served without ice.
Measure 30 ml Mezcal, 22.5 ml Aperol, 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur, 22.5 ml lime juice into a shaker with plenty of ice.
Shake for 12–15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glass.
Finish with the suggested garnish and serve immediately.
