Cranberry Sage Sparkler

Description

Cranberry Sage Sparkler is designed to be festive without tasting like sweet punch. Gin gives botanical structure, cranberry brings tart red fruit and sage syrup adds a woody herbal note that feels especially good in colder weather.

Lemon keeps the syrup and fruit sharp while prosecco supplies a dry, celebratory finish.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Gin
  • 25 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 10 ml Sage syrup
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • Prosecco to top
  • 1 piece Lemon twist (for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add gin, cranberry juice, sage syrup and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly for 8 to 10 seconds and fine strain into a chilled flute.
  3. Top slowly with prosecco.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist or small sage leaf if available.
