Description

There is a useful confidence to Blackberry Sage Fix. The recipe combines Gin, Blackberry syrup, lime, and Sage syrup. Each ingredient has a clear job: the base provides structure, the modifiers build flavour, and careful chilling keeps the finish clean.

It is versatile enough for a cocktail night at home, dinner with friends or a round where you want something a little less predictable. Taste before serving and make small adjustments; balance is easier to preserve that way.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Blackberry syrup
  • 25 ml lime
  • 10 ml Sage syrup
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds until the drink is properly chilled.
