Description

Amy Winehouse Sour is built as a music-inspired cocktail rather than a classic replica. The ingredients — Red wine, Black cherry syrup, lemon, Lemon syrup. Serve well chilled — are used to suggest stage presence, colour and personality.

The aim is to make the drink feel instantly recognisable on a party menu: easy to photograph, easy to describe and expressive enough to sit alongside other artist-themed cocktails.

Serve it on playlist nights, birthdays, pre-concert gatherings or any cocktail list where the story behind the serve matters as much as the flavour.
