Ingredients

50 ml Whiskey
10 ml Apricot syrup
2 dashes Bitters
5 ml Bitters tincture
Ice
Expressed citrus peel

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving.

Instructions

Add the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds until the drink is properly chilled.
Fine strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice or served straight up.
Garnish to echo the main flavour and serve immediately.
