Description

Limoncello and basil give gin a sunny citrus-and-herb direction, finished with soda rather than a heavy sweet mixer. Build and top gently to preserve the bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml London Dry Gin
  • 20 ml Limoncello
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 4 leaves Basil Leaves
  • 75 ml Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the serving glass. Use fresh ice for a rocks, highball or wine-glass serve; chill stemware for a drink served without ice.
  2. Combine 40 ml London Dry Gin, 20 ml Limoncello, 15 ml lemon juice, 4 leaves Basil Leaves in the prepared glass and stir briefly.
  3. Gently add 75 ml Soda Water. Stir once to combine without flattening the bubbles.
