Description

Alpine Apricot Sparkler is built around brandy, apricot liqueur, sparkling wine cordial, giving it a clear identity from the first sip. It follows the spritz and fizz tradition: lighter alcohol, lift from bubbles and a serve that feels celebratory without being too strong.

What makes it great is the balance: the base brings structure, the fruit or aromatic element gives personality, and the chilled serve keeps everything crisp. It has enough theatre for a cocktail menu but remains simple enough for a confident home bartender.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Brandy
  • 20 ml Apricot liqueur
  • 10 ml Sparkling wine cordial
  • 80 ml Sparkling Wine
  • garnish
  • Ice

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Muddler – Useful for gently pressing herbs, fruit or sugar when building the drink. Bottle Opener – Useful if the serve uses bottled soda, ginger beer or sparkling wine.

Instructions

  1. Add the spirit, citrus and flavouring ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until the base is cold.
  3. Strain into the serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with the sparkling ingredient, stir gently and garnish.
