• 50ml Bourbon
• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 10ml Simple Syrup
• 90ml Ginger Beer
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Garnish: Mint Sprig & Orange Peel

Muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Add bourbon and ice, then shake briefly. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and dash bitters. Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange peel.
