• 50ml bourbon
• 25ml pumpkin purée
• 15ml maple syrup
• 20ml lemon juice
• Ginger beer
• Cinnamon stick

In a shaker, combine the bourbon, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and lemon juice.

Shake with ice until the mixture is smooth and well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Top up with spicy ginger beer for fizz.

Stir gently once.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a mini carved pumpkin on the rim if available.
