Description

Honeydew Lychee Cooler is intentionally gentle and clean. Vodka gives structure without competing with the fruit, honeydew juice supplies fresh melon, lychee liqueur adds floral depth and lime prevents the combination from becoming soft or perfumed.

Soda water keeps the drink light enough for warm-weather sipping. The best version tastes fresh and watery in the good sense: cold, juicy and not syrupy.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Vodka
  • 15 ml Lychee liqueur
  • 60 ml Honeydew Juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • Soda Water to top
  • 1 piece Cucumber slices (thin ribbon, optional garnish)
  • Ice

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Use for gentle integration without losing carbonation. Bottle Opener – Useful for opening bottled sparkling mixers.

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add vodka, lychee liqueur, honeydew juice and lime juice and stir briefly.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Stir once gently from the bottom.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or melon ball if available.
