Description

What makes Coquito worth making is the way its flavours move across the glass. The point is texture as much as flavour. Rum, coconut cream, evaporated milk and condensed milk create a soft, rounded drink, but the best version still has enough spirit and aromatic detail to avoid becoming a milkshake. It should feel plush, not cloying.

A small garnish or spice note helps the finish, giving the richness somewhere to go after the first sip.

  • 60 ml Evaporated Milk
