Citrus Paloma

Description

The Citrus Paloma is a clean, grapefruit-led tequila highball with a little more lift than the standard build. Blanco tequila gives earthy agave, grapefruit brings bitter freshness, lime sharpens the drink and agave syrup rounds the edges.

It should feel bright rather than sweet. Grapefruit soda adds the fizz and the familiar Paloma shape, while the extra citrus makes the drink taste fresher and more layered. Serve it tall with salt if you like a sharper finish.

  • 10 ml Agave syrup
