Cantarito Fiesta

Description

Cantarito Fiesta is inspired by the Mexican cantarito: a generous tequila citrus drink made for sunshine, salt and loud tables. Grapefruit, orange and lime give it layered acidity, while blanco tequila keeps the agave flavour clear and lively.

What makes it different from a simple Paloma is the mix of citrus. Grapefruit gives bitterness, orange adds roundness, lime sharpens the edges and grapefruit soda brings fizz. It is bright, social and built for easy refills, especially with a salted rim and plenty of ice.

  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 60 ml Grapefruit Soda
