Description

A refined Parisian spritz marrying dry red wine with raspberry liqueur, basil and soda. Wine spritzers became popular in Europe for lightened sipping; this garden-fresh take salutes Remy’s love of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml Dry Red Wine
  • 20 ml Chambord
  • 4 leaves Basil Leaves
  • Soda Water to top
  • 1 piece Lemon twist

Equipment needed

Instructions

  1. In a wine glass filled with ice, add Chambord and muddle gently with basil leaves. Pour in red wine and stir. Top with soda water for effervescence. Garnish with a basil sprig and lemon twist for a Parisian touch.
