The Ratatouille Rouge

Ingredients
• 120ml Dry Red Wine
• 20ml Chambord
• 4 Fresh Basil Leaves
• 60ml Soda Water
• Garnish: Basil Sprig & Lemon Twist
Instructions
In a wine glass filled with ice, add Chambord and muddle gently with basil leaves. Pour in red wine and stir. Top with soda water for effervescence. Garnish with a basil sprig and lemon twist for a Parisian touch.
