The Rainbow Reverie cocktail is inspired by the whimsical beauty of rainbows and the nostalgic joy of layered drinks. Its origins trace back to show-stopping bartending trends where colour, presentation, and sweet flavour profiles steal the spotlight. Popular at Pride events, birthdays, and rooftop parties, this cocktail is often a visual centrepiece as much as it is a drink. Using density layering and a medley of fruity liqueurs, it captures the essence of reverie light, escapist, and enchanting.
