Description

The Fog Cutter was created by Victor "Trader Vic" Bergeron in the 1940s. Known as a "breakfast drink," it is a high-octane blend of rum, gin, brandy, and citrus.

Despite its potency, the drink is balanced and flavorful, often topped with sherry for extra depth.

Ingredients

• 45ml Light Rum
• 15ml Gin
• 15ml Brandy
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Orange Juice
• 15ml Orgeat Syrup
• 10ml Sherry (float)

Instructions

Shake all ingredients except sherry with ice.

Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Float the sherry on top and garnish with a mint sprig.
