Description
A vibrant frozen strawberry daiquiri topped with a rich chocolate drizzle and colourful sprinkles, just like the beloved Fab ice lolly. Fruity, sweet, and playfully retro.
Ingredients
• 50ml white rum
• 25ml fresh lime juice
• 50ml strawberry purée (or muddled fresh strawberries)
• 15ml sugar syrup
• Ice cubes (enough to blend for slush consistency)
• 40ml coconut cream (well chilled)
• Chocolate whipped cream (squirty can)
• Colourful sugar sprinkles
• Mini Fab ice lolly, for garnish (Optional)
Instructions
Make the strawberry daiquiri base: In a blender, combine white rum, lime juice, strawberry purée, sugar syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Fill a hurricane glass about 80% full with the strawberry daiquiri.
Add the coconut layer: Gently pour chilled coconut cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the strawberry layer.
Spray a generous swirl of chocolate whipped cream on top.
Scatter colourful sugar sprinkles over the cream.
Garnish with a mini Fab ice lolly resting on the rim.

For extra authenticity, create three layers: white coconut cream base, strawberry daiquiri middle, and chocolate with sprinkles on top mimicking the original lolly’s look.
