Description

The Fab Lolly Daiquiri is pure British freezer-aisle nostalgia turned into a frozen rum cocktail. Strawberry brings the familiar red-fruit top note, lime keeps it from drifting into milkshake territory, and coconut cream gives the soft creamy middle that nods to the original ice lolly.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Light Rum
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 40 ml Coconut Cream (layered on top)

Instructions

  1. Blend white rum, lime juice, strawberry puree, sugar syrup, and ice until smooth.
  2. Fill a hurricane glass about 80 percent full with the strawberry daiquiri.
  3. Float chilled coconut cream over the top.
  4. Top with chocolate whipped cream, sprinkles, and a mini Fab lolly if using.
