Ingredients
50 ml Light Rum
25 ml lime juice
15 ml Simple Syrup
40 ml Coconut Cream (layered on top)
Instructions
Blend white rum, lime juice, strawberry puree, sugar syrup, and ice until smooth.
Fill a hurricane glass about 80 percent full with the strawberry daiquiri.
Float chilled coconut cream over the top.
Top with chocolate whipped cream, sprinkles, and a mini Fab lolly if using.
