Drumstick Lolly

Drumstick Lolly

Description

The Drumstick Lolly Cocktail is a playful, nostalgic creation inspired by the iconic British Drumstick lolly, a chewy raspberry and milk-flavoured sweet launched in 1957 by Swizzels Matlow. Originally intended as a fun childhood treat, the sweet became a beloved part of British confectionery culture.

As the cocktail scene embraced retro flavours and dessert-inspired drinks in the 2010s, bartenders began reimagining childhood favourites into grown-up indulgences. The Drumstick Lolly Cocktail emerged from this trend, blending vanilla vodka, raspberry liqueur, and cream to replicate the lolly’s creamy, fruity flavour profile.

It’s now a popular novelty cocktail at themed bars and parties, particularly in the UK, known for sparking nostalgia while delivering a rich and indulgent flavour.
