Description

The Blue Lagoon is a striking and refreshing cocktail known for its brilliant azure hue and citrusy flavours.

Believed to have been created in the 1960s or 1970s, its origin is often attributed to Harrys New York Bar in Paris. The drink has eye-catching colour which comes from the blue curacao, a liqueur made from the dried peel of the Laraha citrus fruit.

This cocktail has a light and tangy taste which makes it a popular choice for summer parties and beachside gatherings. Its simplicity and dramatic presentation are part of its enduring appeal.
