Zutaten

  • 40 ml Brandy
  • 20 ml Birne Likör
  • 10 ml Honig Cordial
  • 80 ml Schaum Wein
  • Orange Twist
  • Eis

Benötigte Ausrüstung

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Muddler – Useful for gently pressing herbs, fruit or sugar when building the drink.

Anleitung

  1. Alle Zutaten außer der kohlensäurehaltigen Komponente mit Eis in den Shaker geben.
  2. Kurz kräftig schütteln, bis die Basis gut gekühlt ist.
  3. In das Servierglas abseihen, gegebenenfalls über frisches Eis.
  4. Mit der kohlensäurehaltigen Zutat auffüllen, sehr sanft umrühren und garnieren.
