Scotch Sour

50ml Whisky
25ml Fresh Lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
A dash of egg white (optional)

Instructions

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled whisky tumbler
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon slice.
