25ml Cognac
25ml Raspberry Liqueur
Dash of Fresh Lemon Juice
10-15 Fresh Raspberries
Champagne
Instructions
Shake the Raspberries, lemon juice, Raspberry Liqueur and Cognac vigourously with ice
Strain into a flute and top with chilled Champagne.
