Raspberry Collins Vodka
50ml Absolut Vodka
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Gomme Syrup
8 whole Raspberries (or equivalent puree) and Soda Water
Instructions
Place raspberries in shaker beneath the ice. Add the Absolut, lemon juice and gomme and shake vigorously
Strain into a collins glass filled with ice and top with soda
Garnish with 3 raspberries and a lemon wedge.
