Pike's Peak Cooler
1 egg
1 tsp powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lemons
fill with cider
Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice.
Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.
