Hot Buttered Rum
50ml Myers's Rum
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Apple Juice
A knob of butter
Boiling water
Instructions
Into a wineglass pour the Rum, Lemon Juice, sugar syrup and Angostura bitters and fill to half way with apple juice
Add the knob of butter and top with boiling water, Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
